Mother Queen Xenomorph

There is only one Mother Queen xenomorph, and it issues the highest command possible for xenomorphs throughout the entire universe. It is in control of everyone, and everything.

Palatine

A Palatine xenomorph is the personal guard of the Mother Queen Xenomorph. They are the elite of the elite, and are the size of Queen Xenomorphs, and command just as much power as an empress. If the Mother Queen xenomorph were to be killed, one of the palatine would molt into a new one and replace her.

 Xenomorph Empress

The Empress is basically a mother alien who is in control of several hives on the same planet. They even look the same, except that they're taller, and instead of the crown coming to three points, it comes to five.

Xenomorph Queen

The Xenomorph Queen issues the highest command of the hive, and is in control of the hive, and what all of the xenomorphs within do, because she is the strongest, biggest, and lays the facehugger eggs. She is protective over her eggs as much as any other mother would be. She is the queen bee to the hive.
